If they offer scripting support (PHP, Perl, .Net, etc) and access to sendmail you should be able to cobble something together. The actual originating domain will be the ISPs mail server, not your domain, but you can use whatever email address you like as the return address. However, this has such huge potential for abuse that you will probably get shut down pretty quickly.

Well theres no as such website unless you buy it from them.
You need full fledged email server hosting services or host it by yourself.
You can buy email services at various schemes at GODADDY
if you get a webspace from them they have option to provide you certain number or unlimited email at your domain.
suppose you buy website domain called
www.yourwebsite.com
you will be provided with 100's or 1000's email ID
emailID@yourwebsite.com
hope this will help
Cheers:)
