My baby is 7 months old and I have tried feeding her some meats and she hates them all is there anything else I can feed her so she is getting her protein still?

My first son doesn't like meats. One of his favorite treats is Hummus - ground chickpeas. You can find it these days at most grocery stores. It has a high protein content, they can eat it plain, or use it as a dip.

Really, however, your baby doesn't need the proteins from solid foods right now. Your breast milk or formula have the right kind of proteins for them for the first 12 months at least.

Dairy has protein and eggs. Try scrambled egg with some milk in it. Nobody needs much meat so try just a tiny bit mixed with veggies like a stir fry but little pieces. Seafood is high protein try a little steamed fish with no bones or soup made with chicken broth she may not like meat texture.

There was a vegetarian baby that I looked after at the daycare where I worked, and the mother would homemake jar food. She'd make him a lot of lentils, white beans, and veggies. As long as you're still giving your baby formula (or breastmilk) she should be fine.

I know beans (mashed really really well) have a ton of protein, but I am not sure if that is appropriate for a seven month old.
