No, you can't overwrite the code, but you can ignore it by disabling JavaScript.

Javascript is clientside scripting language.

How can a end user overwrite your javascript source code?

Oh yeah but user can do one thing can halt the use of javascript,that will make your code ineffective.

I have a option for you,if you want you pictures dont get copied you just make blank/warning index.htm and put it in the folder where you have kept your pictures.It is simple and most effective way.Cos evertime user clicks on your image it goes to imagefolder n will take index.htm as first file as default.

This is a javascript; it is set to close the window if the right mouse button is clicked.

I find that if you use the view menu beneath the title bar in your browser, "view source", still works regardless of the blocking script.
