don't call your self fat!!!! but if you do think you are babydoll shirts go over a tummy and make you look slimmer and i know you don't want to pay a lot for clothes so just go to target or jcpenny or forever 21 or go to american eagle or holliester and go straight to the sale rack but you can wear polos and just pair it with cute shoes and earrings and a gold bracelet!!! just have fun!!!

T shirts and jeans are OK, that mostly what I wear and I am kinda fat too. Many things don't fit me either so when I buy t shirts, I am usually in the guy section at Target. If you feel like it you can wear skirts over jeans, I do! It makes you stick out of the crowd and have your own style! Or you could wear knee length skirts with leggings. Jeans are fine, you don't have to wear them all the time, you can throw a skirt in once a week if you feel like wearing it. But skirts aren't mandatory, so don't feel like you have to wear them. Wear a necklace or a bracelet and maybe a headband, stay low on accessories.

Hope I helped!:)

You can still be trendy without wearing dresses :)

You can dress up your jeans by wearing a dressy top. Something with a lot of movement is always fun and is great if you're not a skinny stick. I am not a skinny stick by any means, but I always get complements.

I like to wear bright colored, long tank tops under darker shirts for a really fun effect and white ones under lighter colored shirts. It's nothing major, but it still looks cool.

Don't be afraid to take a whole day to go shopping and try everything on, either. Even stuff you don't think you'll look good in because it may look terrible on the hanger, but great on your body.

You are like me. I like shirts from Hot Topic, American Eagle, and Hollister. AE makes lots of sizes that will fit you. And so does Hot Topic. Babydoll shirts are really cute and flattering on anyone. If you want skirts, start with knee length for comfort. Check out the latest trends around the mall online. Band t-shirts are awesome. Make-up would be lip gloss, a little foundation if you need it, mascara, and a bit of eyeshadow. You could get a makeover at the clinique counter. And getting a cute new hairstyle would be awesome! Remember, be yourself. Oh, and AE has great jeans!! Good luck girl! I am only going into 7th grade!

Sincerly,

Try some cute hoodies in a female cut with the jeans. A girlie thing that is comfortable is a cami under a zip up hoodie. Or you could get a nicer top with the jeans. Try Torrid, they have nice stuff apparently.

Get a couple of pair of chucks, and if your school allows them, get an army of flipflops to go with every outfit you have. Get a pedicure so your toes peep pretty. A mani, too, for that matter.

Make sure your jeans are pretty. Not just boys' jeans but something that's jazzed up a little, flared. I know I have trouble finding fitting jeans, and fitting pretty jeans are the worst. Just try.

The key to making a t-shirt work for us overweight broads is to have it not huge and to let a cammie peek out a little lace at the top, and peep about 1" below the hem of the t-shirt. That differently-colored cammy brings the eye down past your waist to the top of your hips. They forget to look at your waist-line! Yeah!! Chunky belts worn below your waist do the same thing. P.S. Belts are THE only black accessory. None of this bike chick goth crap, okay?

My guess is that you've got something going on up top, so I'd get V-neck or low neck t-shirts to wear on top of the cammy. Use your cleavage to your advantage. You don't want to look like a skank, but ain't even one of those size 2 girlies out there who can fill out a bra, but you can, so do it. Gap has a line of t-shirts the (red) ones. Those are hot.

Skirts to me don't fit your personality. Skip it. Except formal dresses. You could look so fine. You know the lady who plays Callie O'Malley on Grey's Anatomy. She is HOT, even though she's not a size 10 even. She uses her assets.

Ok, to the face. Clear complexion? If not, Proactiv is the key. Works every time. I don't think you need to wear a lot of makeup, because that just isn't you, but I would find a lip gloss with a bit of tint in it, like Shinylicious from Maybelline.

Do you have good lashes? L'Oreal Shocking Volume in dark brown lets you put on just a little or a lot, no clumps. The girls now like to wear eye liner completely around the eye. I think that's a little much, my daughter puts just an inch on top outer eye, and a light inch on bottom outer eye. That should give you a very natural but healthy look. A little bit of spun-silk powder if you're oily.

I'm assuming you're not wanting to effect a major change over the summer and just BLAST everyone away on day 1. But I'd be tempted to take a strip of red about an inch from the front of your hairline (side-parted). That tells everyone that you're feeling good, confident, and good sense of humor.

TX Mom warning: The senior guys are going to come out in numbers, and they will try to take advantage of anyone who will let them, especially someone as pretty as you. If you make the decision to become active, you MUST MUST MUST have TWO different types of contraception or you won't be safe. Contraceptive gel or foam works well with a condom. You're a butterfly just about to bloom and becoming the woman you were meant to be. Failing in this area means working for McDonald's with a snot-nosed toddler on your hip. Graduate hs, college, find the man of your dreams--you'll be in a much better position to finding the happily ever after every little girl dreams of.
