BRING BACK WINSTON OR MAGGIE

Tony Blair was the salesman selling out Britain once and for all into the fascist European Union and Gordon Brown is the pan faced hatchet man who is going to string the UK up by the balls. Al Capone could of learned a lot from the Labour Government.

Gordon Brown won't be such a pushover in relation to America, Tony Blair just followed Bush like a lapdog. Gordon gets my vote everytime

Tony Blair was a lame duck. Even his supporters - few though they were - could see that. NOTHING could get done whilst he was still in power, people were just waiting for him to leave. He had massive rebelion within his own party, and terrible appeal amongst the public.

It remains to be seen what Brown will be like - he's not really done an awful lot yet. But it will be very hard for him to be worse than Blair was at the end.

Blair was a disaster with or without the Iraq war. Brown looks and sounds a lot better. Trouble is they were both Labour!

Blair was pretty good. Brown still is new to the job. It is too early to say right now, with Blair's overall record.

Gordon Brown appears a little too stiff for my liking..
too early to tell if he will break the love affair with Bush.

I prefer Brown.

Whether you like Brown's policies or not, he is an honest to goodness conviction politician who genuinely believes in what he's doing.

Blair was a populist who would jump on any bandwagon that he thought would gain him votes, except where he was more interested in pandering to the US neo-cons in order to stay in favour with the Bush administration.

Gordon Brown - you might not like what he says but at least you can believe what he says - if you are able to read between the lines that is.

I think we need to wait a little while to see how Brown works out...Besides Blair being Bush's little puppet buddy, I thought he was a decent leader...but then again, I don't live in Britain...
