check to make sure your belts are tight nd that the pullies are not worn replace as needed

if it is a 29 model A ford, its probalby the throw out bearing.
Let me guess, if it is a honda it might be the alternator. If its a 3.0 litre ford it might be the camshaft sensor. If it squeals when sitting still then it has to deal with the engine turning. You might remove the belts 1 by 1 and see if it goes away.

I had a similar problem when the belt tension pulley would squeek at idle and at operating speeds would go away. As a short term fix I squirted lubricant on it (when the truck was off) and it was fine for another two years until I sold the truck.

When does it squeal? Could it be the break pads are either worn down or you have dirt on the brake's?

Maybe the spring is worn on the belt tensioner or one of the pulleys is out of alignment.

not enough info. does it squeal when you drive? are you sure its not a bearing? is everything that the belt rotating on rotating? are there any parts locked up? is it serpentine or standard belt? if standard one is loose

Your belts are loose, it probably stops after the car warms up, right?
