If Americans were smart and I've been having serious doubts of that after the re-election of George BS Bush they would get off the main trail and look at some other serious contenders like Mike Gravel.........see:
http://www.gravel2008.us/
Let's face it Hillary is hoping that people are going to push her through on the "First Female President" train and Barrack Obama the "First Black President" while all the real important issues are falling to the wayside. I've actually talk to some people that said "well I feel this country is ready for a woman president" but when I asked them about what issues Hillary would address they didn't have a clue. It's really pathetic and scary. America is full of idiots when it comes to the voting process. Seriously give a good look at Mike Gravel who has more experience than Obama and Hillary put together. We need fresh ideas not old politics!
I do think the Democrats could be that stupid to put either of those two out there but either way the Democrats would be throwing away the election to the Republicans.

To be honest, neither. There is a huge stigma against Hillary Clinton, because she is portrayed as a "crazy liberal." Which is weird, considering she plays to the very center of the political spectrum, but then again...thats because those Republicans know how to propagandize well. Obama...could be president someday, but not this time around. If the Dems were to put him up there is way too many things going against him to have a clear shot.

Personally, I think we should put up John Edwards (assuming Al Gore doesn't run)...check out some of his policies, you may be surprised. Furthmore, as unfortunate as it is...America is not an equal opportunity establishment, and because most of the crazy people in this country are sexist and/or racist, I don't think HIllary or Obama stand a real chance of election once you include republican and conservative votes.

best chance? obama. he is the modern day jfk. young, fresh, democratic, charming. im republican and i still think he is a cool guy, even though his policies are whack.

who i would rahter have? hillary. just on experience. her and obama i dont agree with at all, and i think hillary would make a bad prez. but she would be able to work with congress and stuff, and since theres no way a republican will win, hillary.

i like mitt and fred thompson though (for the record)

We've got far, far too long before the election to predict this very well. That said? I think that, assuming nobody makes any huge mistakes between now and the elections, Obama has the better chance. We can't underestimate the absolute venom many Americans harbor toward the name "Clinton," fair or not.

It has nothing to do with her being a woman, or Obama being black.

I think the ticket should be Clinton/Obama. That way Obama can get the "experience" everyone says he does not have. Then in 2016 when President Clinton cannot run for office again, he will not only have the experience, but the two of them will have done such a good job cleaning up the huge mess Bush left that he will win by a landslide!

:)

Neither choice is particularly good; it's akin to choosing between a kick to the groin or a punch to the nose. I'm still waiting for a legitimate third choice (beside John Edwards; Al Gore will make my day if he decides to run), but if I must choose, I will take the punch to the nose--I mean Hillary.

Better chance of winning = Hilary. The Clinton election machine is almost unstoppable when it gets cruising

Who would make a better, more dynamic leader that will actually take the country somewhere = Obama. He seems like someone who is not afraid of trying new solutions where Hilary like Bill is poll driven.

Hillary will be the next president. It was decided in 1993 by the Rich Ruling Aristocrat Democrats, and the News Media.

(The Muslim & Edwards both know this. They are just competing for VP. That's all.)

Neither one has a chance as far as I`m concerned ! The Republicans would have an excellent chance of grabbing the next election even if they ran Alfred E. Newton as their candidate .

He's got more sense than these two knobs put together .
