My neighbor recently flooded my entire yard , even underneath my home?

I have a neighbor that is a farmer and he released the water from his 50 acres of rice farm and it flooded the ditch then flooded my entire yard, I had water for about 3 days, and my yard did not dry. What can I do about this? Please help

If you had damage, figure out the dollar amount of your loss. Make a claim against the farmer for your loss.

File a claim with your home owners insuarance and let the insurance companies fight it out. Your loss would be covered either by his insurance or under yours
