That doesn't make sense. You will go through puberty whether you like it or not. If you mean if you masturbate before you are done going through puberty, then no... everyone does that.

when you masturbate and have an orgasim...you release hormones into the system. Even little children do this...naturally, it is not going to do anything bad to you if you make sure you are not doing so much it makes you raw or you have dirty hands that can cause infections. It wont make you go blind or make you not have kids later..it is totally natural and healthy...
