You'll feel just about everything you'd feel after puberty, you just won't ejaculate any semen when you have an orgasm. There isn't any other effect. There's no harm, if that's what you're worried about. It won't delay puberty or hurry it up. You just get to enjoy masturbating sooner than boys who don't start until after puberty.

No! I learn in health class that boys started masterbatting at the age of 4, (if it is just playing with it). It is perfectly healthy and normal
