I named my oldest son Tobias. He didn't love it when he was younger but he does now. It is a Hebrew surname. I mean a strapping 6'5" man named TOBIAS, how perfect!
Don't go for any weird made up names no one has ever heard of in their lifetime. Do some historical research and find one. No one should be cursed with having to spell their own name every single day of their life. That includes taking an ordinary name and spelling it weird!!

p.s. it's pronounced toe-by-us. we called him Toby when he was young.
