what made you first try it? how did it feel on your feet? with what brand of sneakers? what is the longest time you have gone without socks in sneakers or skater shoes? what is the differance in feeling to u when u have socks in ur shoes and when ur barefoot in ur sneakers?

I have done it before, but now really can't stand to go without socks in any shoes. I always have some kind of sock on whether thin and hidden or totally out there. Shoes just get too gross and stinky even a few hours without socks. Bacteria just continues to grow.

Back when I was about 6 years old (I am now 34) and I was in first grade and this happened in class. Durring my lunch period me and a few other kids got our socks all wet from jumping into puddles, and we were wearing a different pair of shoes. When we walked back into our classroom our teacher discovered that we got socks wet; therefore we had to take them off and put them on the heat register to dry off. We were told to wear our sneakers (our teacher called them tennis shoes) without socks for the rest of the day. It felt wonderful on my bare feet, and now and then I would go to school with no socks in my sneakers now and then, and as I grew older, I wore my sneakers without socks more often, which was about 3 days a week. WHen I was 7 years old and it was summer time, I seldom wore socks in my sneakers, and just loved the feeling of no socks in my sneakers, and cannot stand socks in my sneakers. So untill I turned 12, I started the habit not weaing my socks in my sneakers even in the Winter time, unless it was below zero, and it was too cold to wear sneakers without socks. THe longest time I wore my sneakers without socks was about 40 hours straight. Yes wearing sneakers without socks does make my feet stink, but there is foot odor spray to take care fo the odor.

yeah, I wore Nikes w/o socks a few times, just in a hurry to run a quick errand. and it feels weird, 'cause you wear socks when you try on the sneakers so they fit too loose when you wear them w/o the socks - the others are right too, it makes the sneakers stink plus it causes blisters.

I got those things on the back of my foot I forgot what they were called I think it starts with a 'S'. But I feel like my foots insecure and I'm better off with socks. I was wearing DC's.

ew.
I went for like two hours at basketball practice because i couldnt find my socks.
I think the main thing is that my feet got blisters more easily
and they got stinkier faster
and more sweaty.
yuck.

haha, i have. with converse lotops b/c my socks got all wet. it was horrible.the stuff inside was all gross...i went for like 5 hours before just breaking down and going barefoot.ha.

I tryed it once and that was because I for got my soxs on vaca. It didnt feel very nice made my feet sweat, also makes your feet stink too. ewww

Umm I do because I hate socks
I think it feels fine but you have to get used to it
