Me and My hubby declared ourselves bankrupt on tuesday and his boss doesnt think he got the salary request in to accounts on time.there is a 50/50 chance that the salary may go into the account tomorrow instead of the new account which wont be frozen.does anyone know how soon accounts are frozen and if i am allowed to take out the salary?

What makes you think the original account will be frozen by the bankruptcy and the new one won't? You are misinformed. IF the account is 'frozen', than you can't get ANYTHING out of it. For what its worth, you can't DECLARE yourself bankrupt. Yo file for bankruptcy and the COURT accepts or rejects the filing.

If a court has ruled you as bankrupt & frozen that acct then you can't take anything out of it.
