If it changed today, I might have something to say. However, with propaganda, it is quite easy to control societies. We have convinced people to pick up weapons kill others for us. We could "sell it" to new generations as a moral or patriotic obligation. People would be lining up at 65 happily.

There might be a few malcontents, but they we would probably call it a disease for their not wanting to willing die for the government at 65.

That would be a pretty good reason to bear arms. In the immortal words of Thomas Paine: Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph."

Don't let them get your guns!

I would certainly try to change such a government. I would however respond as I think I would if I was told I only had thus many days to live and so.....I would live them with love, devotion to my beliefs and appreciation for the life I have had.

I'd probably spend the next 4 years killing as many government politicians as I could.

Or move to a more humanitarian environment.

Fight to overthrow that govt and replace it with a better one. If I'm going to be killed by that govt anyways I might as well do it now when I'm young and willing and able to fight.

I'd change my name to Logan and take up running. As well as only taking jobs that paid cash so I wouldn't pay for social security that I wouldn't receive.
