I usually make a plan, whether it is personal, professional or just for a special day. The moment that I get down & out I began to pray, next I make a plan to ease my pain or soothe my thoughts. Pampering, reading, catering to myself so that I can think things over. Always have a plan for yourself and follow through because nobody knows your pain but you and if you don't seek peace who will do it for you. Remember tomorrow is a brand new day. whether good or bad. If you keep planning and believing, one day you will be in a place where remembering hard times won't seem so bad. have a wonderful summer and if you are near a beach, go read a book in the sun!

I talk to my friends so that I don't keep my emotions all bottled up. Although I work out normally it seems that those times I am really down about something working out really has a way of getting me through those rough times. Everyone has their own outlet whether it is working out, reading, writing songs/poetry, talking with friends, finding a new hobby, etc. You just have to find what works for you and stick through it.

always remember yourself, and move on. you can't dwell on the past or what's happening out of your control. You've got to hold your head up high, and keep moving forward. never stop.

i try to keep things in perspcetive... try not to let little things weigh me down. and when something bigger comes along (as it always seems to) then i try to tell myself that there is something i can learn from this, what's the meaning of this? what can i learn about myself from how i & those around me, deal with what is happening.

Crash & burn, dwell in your own misery & pity, then when you're done, get up & get on with it.
