i think i had gyneaconastia but its gone i think because they nlook okay now but my nipples are puffy please help its gettingmedown :(

Have you done any steroids in the past or maybe just a weight gain. I got angry at other folks answers because they lack feelings. If you are overwieght go on a simple diet. you maybe eating foods that are given hormones and not knowing it. See a doctor
