look for the drivers on google

or go to your cam's manufacturer's website and see if they have the drivers online.

Or depening on how new your camera is, see if your OS has the drivers already. If it's real new, then this might not be an option. if it's not so new then give it a try. Simply plug the cam in and see what happens

Well, you could go to the manufactures homepage and see if there is a download.

Or go ahead and connect it, if you're running Windows XP (Maybe Vista) a "Found New Hardware" Wizard should pop up and find everything nesscary to work it.
