I can't remember my password. They won't accept the last four digits of my Social Security number (although they ask for it). I cannot dial 0 to contact a live person. They want me to choose from the options they give me, none of which apply..

Call and get to the general area you want, then let them repeat your choices usually around 3-4 times, without choosing anything, that usually puts you through to a live person.

Assuming you are talking about on line account access.... you need to go to www.wamucards.com and click on can't remember my password. The links will take you from there. If that doesn't work or doesn't apply than click on contact us and send them an email. You may also call them and wait for the menu to go through several times (do not push any of the menu button number instructions) eventually it will either tell you something like I did not hear your response and one of two things will happen: they will hang up, or you will finally get a live person.

Go to "www.wamu.com". There is a list of phone numbers under "contact us". If you have forgotten your online banking password, click on "forgot password?" and enter you user name and email. They will send a reply to your email address

listen longer usually with banks you have to press * or # to get to a live person...
