what's wrong w/payless? they have some really nice selections. Anyway, target would be the next best thing I guess. There is a store called Strawberry's and Mandee's that sell some really nice shoes that aren't that expensive.

Flea Markets have good deals on shoes, ebay, value city, old navy for sandel shoes, meijers, sears!
Check the sales papers, a lot of great sales going on around this time!

Well I usually find really cute shoes at Ross or Nordstrom Rack, they are name brand and you get them for cheap. If you want an on-line store then I recommend Zappos, they ship for free and it's next day air!!

You could go on eBay, and look a a brand name that you like, and you may find a nice pair. Be sure you get a good quality pair of shoes.

walmart, target kmart, the all have cute shoes, but ross is a little more expensive but not that much. but just make sure you wear em without socks it feels better that way
