I don't give a sh1t about international standing. I want my family to be safe and free. Do you want us to be fighting terrorists in the streets like they're doing in parts of France? Not me! The economy is booming right now. You really need to stop drinking the Lib media Kool-Aide.

Your lack of history is amazing. The world has hated the USA for over fifty years when we refused to forgive construction loans made to countries rebuilding after WWII. This grew under Carter as we were perceived as weak in his lack of effort and disastrous rescue attempt in regards to the Iran hostage situation. Then they hated us for Regan's hard line policy. We actually gained some of that back under Bush 41 and then lost it as we became the world's joke under Clinton.
Selling American assets to foreign powers has been going on for over 100 years. The Federal Reserve (the group of banks that control our money) is mostly British.

To the contrary, 19 countries consider us their closest ally, which is the highest of any country. President has very little impact on economy. Chinese are very good with ports and stuff, they were very good with the Yangtze.
