For me the hardest thing to say is goodbye. Especially when I don't know if or when that friend will be seen again. I step up though and say the difficult words because this is our only pass through of this life. Those we love need to be told and goodbye is an abreviated form of the old English phrase God's Speed. My sincerest wish for those who must take their leave.

For me the hardest thing to ever say was that I was wrong. I'm a perfectionist in a lot of ways, and being wrong just absolutely drives me insane.

At my age nothing is hard to say,,,not "I love you" I'm sorry" "I was wrong"..none of it..and it feels good to say those things...keeps everything clear...

I have only recently learnt how to set boundaries, still it is difficult, but I do it now! For myself.
