yes, it helps everyone. In alcoholics anonymous, they make a list too, but its for apology and forgiveness. I think it helped my mom a lot in getting sober, and i think it would help a lot of people feel better about themselves if they do something about it. but if they don't do anything then listing could be a bad thing, because a brings a realization to what kind of person you are and the wrongs that you have done.

When I first heard of this series, I thought it was a great premise for a sitcom. It could run and run.
Me, I'm not too bothered about karma (oops should I say that?) Plus I didn't win the lottery!

Its a good idea in theory but unlike Earl, i haven't won the lottery so i'm too busy workin to get any list done!!!

I think for anyone who may regret things from their pasts may benefit from a list. It would give you closure and you wouldn't have to ever look back and say, "I wish I hadn't done that to him/her."
