There should be an option in you Email Manager / Web Mail Settings which allows you to block certain emails. However, if you want to block spam, use an Anti-Spam option and don't manually block spam everytime you get it as spam comes from infinite email addresses, most of which are not real.

Configure your e-mail client (Yahoo, Outlook, or whatever) to move any messages from their address immediately into Junk, Deleted Items, or whatever your mail client calls it.
Alternatively, you could have your client move the messages into a spam folder, where you can at least spot-check the subject lines before you can delete them. It's your call. Either way, it's not hard to do.
