Often times it just gets old and easier to just stop trying. Distraction from other people, work, life, causes relationships to be the last thing thought about. I'm going through things right now, and I feel like I'm the only one trying and it makes it even harder. I don't want to give up, but sometimes you just have to let go!

I know this is horrible and I hate this about myself but........I feel like I need the support of others! If I am trying to lose 5 pounds and my husband makes a comment, then I can't do it! I try not to need the acceptance of others so bad but I suppose that is the way that I am programed!

One other thing to mention. When a task seems too large, as though it will never end or the end is not in sight. People may just give up.
