It's hard to tell talent from a highlight video, but still I can tell you he's not better than Cena. His execution looks slow and fake, and while he's got high-flying skill, that doesn't always translate to a good wrestler. Any wrestler can jump off a top rope. Until he learns proper psychology, better execution, and what makes a good match, then he won't be anything more than just a glorified stuntman.
Besides, Cena's proved to be a good wrestler. If his Rumble match against Umaga, his series with Shawn Michaels, and his great carry-job against Lashley doesn't show you, then you're just blind with Cena hate.

He does not have Cena's mic skills I bet. He is more entertaining to watch as he is a high flier like the Hardy Boys.
