This is the first time I've heard anyone else even mention this. As wild as the conspiracy theories that do get play are, you'd think this would have drawn more attention:


Al Qaeda had stated many times that it wanted the US Military out of Saudi Arabia.

Al Qaeda flew planes into buildings.

The US attacked Iraq, and moved it's bases from Saudi Arabia to Iraq.

Al Qaeda has not attacked on US soil since 9/11.

USA does not need to keep troops in Saudi Arabia.

Yes that is the contradiction that Bush keeps claiming. Then again, Bush can't say anything anymore without contradicting something that he has already stated.
