You know, I have pretty good coping mechanisms.
I don't get rattled all that often and rarely nervous. Motivated and intense at times, yes.
I think it comes from testing myself and learning how to learn and learning how to grow.
If I do have a moment, it's always because something catches me out of the blue that I just didn't see coming.

ehhh when i get nervous i tend to make a fool of myself he he or push people away!!! so nope i dont maintain confidence!!

I just have to keep reminding myself. "I got this. I can handle this" and besides I dont' like to look stupid, so it takes a certain amout of pride and arrogance to pull that kind of thing off (at least to me it does, can't speak for everyone else)
