Sweetie, celebs don't just take random calls or emails from strangers. They have agents and publicists who handle this. Your best bet is joining a fan club and trying to reach her from there.
Imagine a million young girls (my own daughter included) sending an email every week to her. She would get thousands of emails a day. She doesn't have time.
