what could it be? its located right near the veins and tubes that are connected to the testicle.
it is not hard. it kinda hurts when I press down on it...
also.. I feel pain in my testicles when i lay down with my legs up. its a dull pain... not sharp.
what could it be?

Go to the doctor. We had a video on testicular cancer at school and they showed us an example of it and everyone had to feel it. The lump they used as an example of testicular cancer was about the size of a pea and it was hard. However, they said its always good to check so ignore the person who says why are you feeling there. I would advise you to go to the doctor but if you're too embarassed just wait and see whether there is any change in it (i.e. It gets bigger) and if there is GO TO A DOCTOR!! Testicular cancer is curable if its treated early.

Going to a doctor to get it checked out is always a wise course of action. However, let me ask you this (the doctor may well ask it): Have you ejaculated lately (Be it through masturbation or intercourse)? If not, it may simply be a buildup of sperm.
