No use whatsoever, you will either need High density discharge lamps,,either Sodium or Metal halide

Nice thing about sodium halide lamps is they consume electricity and your electric company notifies the cops who look for unusual electricty activity........you are busted.

No. Plants need red and blue light to implement photosynthesis; that's why leaves are green. Plants don't need green light, or either ultraviolet or infrared light.
