If you live in NYC, there is a Samba Band, that often
performs.
Last night the band played in NYC, the next performance is in August.

If you're talking about ballroom samba you can find a lot of samba music in strict tempo on http://www.dancevision.com or http://www.danceshopper.com . If you're looking for other kind of samba - listen to other people, I don't know.
