well my girl friend are thinking about sex but i dont know the right way to get into it i mean i can get her in the mood and she will allow me to tuch her.. but idk the method to get her pants off =/ she might be uneasy once she relize what might happen but she says she really wants to,
now how can i do this without pushing her?

Have some respect! Wait until she is ready! Don't push her because the only thing you will succeed in is pushing her out the door! Take things slow and show her you are willing to wait for her until then you have a hand!
Why do guys always want to rush sex, like it is the most important thing in the world!? Just be content to be with her, and spend time with her! A relationship is more than sex! Go for a walk, hold hands, go watch a movie, anything! If you can show her that you respect and love her then you may find yourself going a whole lot further in your relationship!
She may say that she wants to but if she has not consented yet then she does not feel completely ready and wants to be sure of herself and YOU and that you are not going to walk out on her afterwards! Do not try anything and do not nag or press her or bring up sex all of the time because then she will think it is all you care about and promptly make her exit!
Let her tell YOU when she is ready, she WILL let you know if and when the time comes! BE PATIENT!!!!!!!!!
