Styrofoam Reaf???????

I am trying to make a baby reaf for my sister n law but walmart is out of reafs any suggestions?

I think you are trying to make a wreath. Do you mean that Wal Mart is out of styrofoam, or out of finished wreaths? I never shop there so I don't know what they have. Anyway, here are some ideas.
