Well since you able to access the internet, there's nothing wrong that, next time you try to connect write down the error code that shows and go to the nintendo site and try to find the page that shows the error codes, with that you'll have your answer as to why it doesn't work an maybe you'll be able to resolve this issue.

Try another DS, then put it back into your current DS, it may be your DS Wifi IDs are not synced with the cart and the console.
