Either way, he should sit out this season. If he is convicted, I think he should be banned from the NFL for life. This is of course after he serves his time in prison. Pete Rose was banned from baseball for gambling. This is a lot worse than gambling, so anything less than a lifetime ban from the NFL is not enough.

I didn't know i was so cold hearted. Cause i really don't seem to care like everyone else. I love dogs, and i think what he did was wrong, and was of course against the law. But when compared to domestic abuse/rape/DUI's/accidents/gun shootings; All weekly crimes in pro sports i just don't feel as sad. If he was rat fighting, would it be the same issue? I can't sit around and eat my rib-eye steak and rack of ribs, and say that Vick should be put away out of society. If in order to save one human life i had to kill 250 dogs i would in a heartbeat. If i had to kill one human to save 1,000 dogs, i wouldn't period. I personally think that Lindsey Lohan driving around drunk with coke head friends is a far worst crime. And one day soon one of these rich chicks are gonna slam into a car full of 6 orphans and two nuns.

I think he will get away with it like most rich people do...
I think he is really dumb. You have to be blessed to have the opportunity to play for a national team, why would you even do anything that can take that away. Michael Vick and Tank Johnson may be good at football, but they are not close to being smart.

This is America and he's a celebrity so, he'll probably be let off with a warning, sentenced to community service and be sent to rehab. Then PETA will boycott his games and by this time next year people will forget it even happend.

The "Court of Public Opinion" is BS. No one should think ANYTHING about his actions, because none of us know what did or did not happen. You're suppossed to be innocent until proven guilty, so let's wait and see what happens in REAL court....
