How to get Spinda in Pokemon d/p?

i got some pokemon BUT I NEED TO KNOW how to get spinda plz

if u want to get spinda, talk to not the blonde rival, but the other one's younger sister in sandgem town and she'll tell u of a various "pokemon swarm" and what route the pokemon can be found.
ex: "there's a whole bunch of delibird on route 216!"
spinda is one of the pokemone she can tell u about. u'll have to try every day if u dont get that one the first day..good luck!

you can only get spinda in diamond i think. otherwise go to serebii.net,click DP pokedex.click on the third dropdown list and click on spinda. scroll down andit'll tell you where to get it
