How do you like your grilled cheese? Do you like it plain or do you spice it up a bit and slather something on top or add something in with the cheese?

i cook the bread in butter, then cook the cheese in the middle and add ham sometimes :). i'm not a fancy person... i like basic stuff. i just like my basic stuff to be good.
