Can a Realtor keep his/her license if they are convicted of felony fraud?

A realtor in our area is operating while on probation for felony fraud.

It depends on state law. In Illinois, no.

I would say in any state i am 99.9% sure they would loose there license. If this individual still has there license there is probably more to the story. I cant see why they would still have thier license though.
