Fried Peanut-Butter and Banana...

I put peanut butter on one side of the bread and regular butter on the outside. Then take a fork and mash up a ripe ( almost too ripe) banana, spread it on the peanut butter side then fry the sandwich the same way you would a grilled cheese. Mighty good, I wonder if I have any bananas in the house?
