NO!!!!! According to J.K. Rowling and Wikipedia, , Harry's mother was a Muggle-born, making him a half-blood. On the other hand, as Harry Potter married Ginny Weasley, a pure-blood, all their children would be considered pure-blood by the definition above (as all four of their grandparents would be witches and wizards).

Yes, beause in the books Serius's mother kept calling Harry a half blood, because of Lily's parents were muggles and James was a Pure-blood. Hope that helps.

There was never a term for that give in the series. For most, they would simply be the children of a witch and a wizard. For Purebloods who were bigots, they would have tainted blood.

Yes they are called halfblood though it really isn't true. They are still blood traitors acording to You-Know-Who, who also happens to be either half or a mudblood I can't remember.

BOOK 6 SPOILERS
Yes, the term is half-blood. That's where the term Half-Blood Prince comes from. Snape is a wizard on his mother's side, and her maiden name was Prince. (Snape is the Half-Blood Prince.) Harry is a half-blood, as well.
