its xbox 360 of course i need to know how to enter the theives guild i have been playing it for a while and i have 32 popularity if that helps umm i just want some help from a fellow gamer thank you!

Two options, either one works.
1) Sweet Talk a beggar, any beggar. Get their disposition over 70 and talk about the Gray Fox, and say you want to join him. They'll point you in the right direction (you may have to read one of the wanted posters in the Imperial City).
2) Punch a Guard, any guard, or just steal something from a shop right in front of the store keeper. Basically, you need to go to jail. Serve out your sentance, and wait. A dark elf will approach you eventually with an invitation into the Thieve's Guild.

Go to imperial city.
Read one of the wanted posters for gray fox.
Talk to one of the beggars.
Get them to like you at about 70+.
Ask them about gray fox.
Say you want to join thieves guild.
They will tell you what to do.
