2. crosses y axis is math mumbo jumbo for x=0
plug in x=0 to get y=4. crosses x axis is also code for y=0.

This looks like half of a test or something. If its a placement test for school then don't answer the ones you don't know just try your best if you answer everything right because some else told you, your gonna be placed in a higher math class than you should be in.

no ones gonna answer them for you either way
