I got my very first speeding ticket in Nov of 06, then another a couple of months after for "running" a stop sign at 2 in the morning which it was actually a rolling stop i didnt run it. The about 2 months ago i got another speeding ticket in a scool zone for going 37 in a 20... bottom line is i havent done ANYTHING about them .. whats your opinion of what i should do before i go to jail :(...

Call the court and explain why (I didn't think it is important, I am scared, I forgot, I don't have the money, etc. etc.), and ask to have something worked out. If you are lucky, you might be assigned to community service, in addition to pay the fines.

A rolling stop is the same as running a stop sign. The law makes no distinction.

You need to make arrangements to pay off those tickets. The 2006 one is old enough there may already be a warrant out for you.

You should pay the tickets!!!!!!!! There is a amnisty period in Houston right now (i believe it's still going on) where if you pay they will take away the late fees. That really is stupid to let them go! Sometimes the let them go if you show up at court and the officer doesn't.... but your to late for that!
