I've been to a Polo game before, and most of the ladies were wearing dresses. The dresses were summery, flowery dresses. Nothing too over the top, but not jeans either.

iv been to some polo matches and there is a wide range of outfits, from full cocktail dress to shorts and a t shirt. personally i think something in the middle like linen trousers and a blouse/ shirt. this is what the majority of people where wearing at the last match i went too.

NOT A POLO SHIRT! It's a semi formal event. Think "Pretty Woman". A nice hat with a sun dress. No strapless or spaghetti straps.

dresses or nice pant suits are usually worn by ladies to polo tournaments and charity games. at regular polo games, refer to the dress code of the polo club. they may allow jeans or require pants or skirts. any shirts or tops should be "nice". shorts may or may not be allowed by individual clubs.

then pair that with a nice pair of dark wash fitted jeans. If you're actually participating in the game, some nice boots will go. if you're just spectator, in-style boots will also work or heels.
