can you play pokemon diamond for ds on a SP or Gameboy advance?? please help

Sorry,you can't.Pokemon Diamond is a size so that it can't properly fit in the Advance or SP,therefore cannot function.To play Pokemon Diamond,you would have to buy a Nintendo DS.They now cost about 120-150 dollars right now,so they are usually affordable.
