I just bought a brand new Mazda 3 last night. I love the car but noticed when slowing down from speeds of any thing over 20 mph the steering wheel shakes and feels like the brakes are pulsating. Does this mean it needs new brakes or the routers are warped? The car did have 60 miles on it, I am sure been test driven a lot. Not sure if its just how the car is or if I should call the dealer.

Your brake rotors are warped. You can usually turn rotors one or two times, but they will warp quicker than new ones. If the car is new, I would go to the dealer and demand new rotors.

Somebody overheated the brakes and warped the rotors, they can usually be turned once, but on a new car I would insist on new rotors.

call the dealer and tell him you need new rotors and pads as your having the problem you described, it's under warranty and with only 90 miles on it shouldn't have warped rotors.

You need new rotors. They are either warped or just need replaced. Take it back to the dealer you got it from & have them replace them.

It's a brand new car! There shouldn't be anything wrong with it. Take it to the dealer and have them check it out. That's the beauty of buying a brand new car - they'll fix it for you.

could be a warped rotor, take it back, could be a malfunction in the antilock braking system, also take it back.
