I'm shocked, stunned and amazed, yawn. Life seems to be getting pretty miserable for the republicans with this new fangled oversight thingy in congress. I suspect we are going to see lots more executive privilege claims, many I don't recall, a few outright refusals to testify and an administration constantly yelling foul. I wonder if Rove will ever sit in front of congress?

Sorry but I do not think you should prosecute the Attorney General based on a he said he said argument.
