ok...somebody from my high school contacted me & a good friend of mine (sarah) telling us that she's visiting from the east coast until the end of the month. she said that she would love for us to have dinner this weekend. the problem is that sarah does not even remember her (sarah left on freshman year but we stayed in touch) and i never even hang out with this girl back in high school. how do i handle this kind of situation? this girl is waiting for our answer tonight! help!

I guess it all depends, if you want to spend the evening in the company of a stranger. I personally, would not waste the time or money on anyone that I went to high school with, that I don't talk with currently. If they couldn't be your friend in school, they shouldn't be now. Good luck with this.

Unless you had something better to do, why not? Even if she isn't your friend already, maybe she will be in the future.
