3 2/3 = 11/3 and 14 2/5 = 72/5
so
(11/3)(72/5) = 792/15 = 264/5
in between 3 1/2 hrs and 2 1/3 hrs you save (1/2) + (2/3) = 7/6 hrs

11/3 * 27/5= 297/ 15 Just multiply top numbers to get top and bottom numbers to get bottom
3 1/2 - 2 1/3= 7/2 - 7/3= find a common denominator to 3 & 2 which is 6 so:
21/6 - 14/6= 7/6 or 1 1/6 an hour and 10 minutes.
I took the 6 devide by 2 and multiply 7 to get the 21 and 6 devide by 3 and multiply by 7 to get the 14.
Remember to add or subtract fractions U have to get the LCD (smallest possible number that both denominators will devide into evenly.) if you can't think of one just multiply the denominators and use the answer as your LCD common to both fractions.
