i have bad credit and finding it hard to open a buissness account can anybody please help ,it all happened because off a death in my family ..............

Incorporate your company and let it become a separate entity apart from yourself.
Then have your lawyer as a trustee of the company open the account and list you as a signing officer of the company.

I am assuming you formed a Limited Liability Company. Unless you have a history of check fraud you should not have problems opening an account. You need to open the account in the business name using your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) do not use you social security number or provide it to the bank. You may not be provided with a check card if you have bad credit but should be able to have a standard ATM and be able to right checks. I have had business accounts with Bank of America and Regions. You may have better luck with a big bank than using a smaller institution in your case. When you go to open the account ask for a list of the need documentation to open a business account. Standard procedure is generally a copy of your articles of incorporation for your LLC, a copy of your Federal Employer Identification Number, and an applicable county business licensing. Make sure you speak with someone who understands you are opening a business account. I hate to say it but some bank employees are idiots and do not understand the format a limited liability corporation operates under. If the employee seems to be lost in the process ask to speak with a manager or supervisor.

I work for barclays and they have a package available for all new enquiries, with info and a dvd, this may help you, i found them helpful when i set up
